Elitez Events ("we", "us", "our") is a corporate events brand of Elitez Pte Ltd, registered at 2 Kallang Avenue #03-08, CT Hub, Singapore 339407. This notice explains what personal data we collect on events.elitez.asia, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, and details about your event (event type, estimated guest count, preferred date, venue and your message).
• Usage & device data — through cookies and analytics: pages visited, referring source, approximate location, and browser/device type.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal or quote.
• To contact you about your event and our services.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking (cookies) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and website analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

4. How enquiries are processed

Enquiry form submissions are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and delivered to our team by email so that we can respond to you.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers who process data on our behalf — FormSubmit (form delivery), Google (advertising measurement) and PostHog (analytics); and
• companies within the Elitez Group of Companies, where needed to respond to your enquiry.

6. Retention

We keep your enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer at DPO@elitez.asia.

By submitting an enquiry through this site, you consent to Elitez Events collecting, using and disclosing your personal data as described in this notice.
